3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, complete a transaction you request, protect the Service, or comply with law. The categories below describe the current or planned disclosures.

• Cloud infrastructure and email: Cloudflare processes account, request, security, storage, email-delivery, and AI Gateway data so we can host, protect, and operate the Service.
• AI model providers: For sampled AI visibility features, the prompt, brand, product, domain, and related request metadata needed to produce the result may be sent through Cloudflare AI Gateway to OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Provider availability and the enabled model panel may change.
• Payment provider: When paid checkout is enabled, the merchant-of-record or payment provider identified at checkout may receive account and transaction details, such as email, country, order amount, tax information, payment status, refunds, and disputes. Full payment-card details are processed by that provider and are not stored by NarraCite.
• Legal and safety disclosures: We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal request, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.
• Business transactions and consent: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to continued protections. For any other purpose, we will request your consent where required.

4. Your Data Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete data, close your account, restrict or object to certain processing, request portable data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax or transaction records, credits-ledger integrity, backups, or other legal obligations. We will explain any material limitation that applies to your request.
