1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Credit System and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased through our platform are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Paid checkout is processed securely by the configured payment provider shown at checkout. NarraCite does not store full card details.

Once a payment is successfully confirmed, credits will be added to your account. Completed credit purchases are generally final, but failed, duplicate, or unfulfilled paid deliverable issues may be reviewed through support. The price and availability of credit packages may change with prior in-product notice.

Free credits may be issued as one-time welcome credits or through a clearly identified promotion. Free credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may have different expiration or usage rules that are disclosed when they are issued.

5. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when a user materially breaches these Terms, abuses scanning or account features, creates a security risk, engages in suspected fraud, interferes with the Service, or when action is required by law. Where reasonably necessary, we may also disable public report links or remove user-provided configurations associated with the violation.

We will provide notice when reasonably possible, but immediate action may be required to protect users, third parties, or the Service. Suspension or termination for a violation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund. Treatment of unused paid credits remains subject to the refund terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

You may request to delete your account by contacting support@narracite.com. We may retain limited security, transaction, tax, or legal records where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance.
